Dr. Angelo Dilullo

Angelo was the first person in all my life who showed me that I can trust my direct experience and what I was going through was exactly right.  He introduced me to Non Duality and my life has never been the same. 

I am forever grateful for his down to

earth practical teachings.  Forever my friend.

Adyashanti is one of the best teachers that can speak from any stage.  His book was a

powerful read for me.

Jeff Foster

Book: The Deepest Acceptance

Jeff Fosters book was a very powerful tool in learning to accept my deepest sorrows and pains during a challenging time.  I listened to the book on audio every night before bed and it calmed my anxiety.

This video of him laughing really resonates with me.

Unfortunately missed session appointments can't be rescheduled due to availability.  I will take it into consideration if there is an emergency.
