If you need to cancel or reschedule please login to the member area to do so 14 days before the session for a full refund or to reschedule.  Rescheduling isn't guaranteed due to limited availability. 

 

Unfortunately missed session appointments can't be rescheduled due to availability.  I will take it into consideration if there is an emergency.
